Yan: how to romance them in Heaven's Secret — Requiem

Verdict: late start, expensive finish

Yan costs 577 diamonds, fourth in Requiem after Cain, Dmitry and Greg. His route starts in Season 2, Episode 6, so Season 1 and half of Season 2 are yours to play for anyone. Season 2 is 118 diamonds; Season 3 asks for 459.

Where the diamonds go

Season 2:

• Episode 6: the free "Yan." and "Let Yan inside the locker." for 73.
• Episode 8, Exquisite Corpse: "Take the mask and approach Yan." — 45.
• Episode 10: "Yes, very much." — free.

Season 3:

• Episode 5, God's Particle: "I'm also very tired, so I'll go with Yan." — 148.
• Episode 1: "See his face." — 76.
• Episode 9: "Yan?" — 76.
• Episode 11, Final: "Explain how I feel." — 70.
• Episode 2: "He was here right now." — 56.
• Episode 6: "Go look for Yan." — 33.

How I'd play it

Pay Season 2 as it comes. For Season 3, keep a separate save slot and move the 148 to Diamond Rush; the two 76s are next if the stash is thin. Without the 148, the route is 429 out of pocket. In Heaven's Secret 3, his route is 360 diamonds. Compare with Greg or Boris.
