Story achievements in Romance Club unlock through a specific choice or event in a specific episode, so the quickest way to find one is by story and episode number. Every achievement here comes with its condition and the episode where you earn it, with the hint written out in full.

Every achievement here has three things: the condition, the episode where you earn it, and the choice that unlocks it. Open your story, find the episode you're on, and see what you can pick up along the way.
Mark the ones you want before you start an episode: going back later for a single choice takes longer than checking the list once.
Don't break your main route for a trophy
Sometimes an achievement's condition clashes with your route: it needs a different love interest, or an answer you'd never give. Duplicate your save slot — the game has allowed that since the October 3, 2026 update — and play the episode on the copy. Your main progress stays untouched.
If the condition is a paid choice, save it for Diamond Rush: for 48 to 72 hours every diamond choice is free. A whole story's worth of these is a good reason to keep a list.
Relationship percentages: 100% doesn't always happen
The relationship badge and 100% with a love interest are a headache of their own. Sometimes one choice in an early episode is all that's missing, and the episode page shows it: every option lists who it affects and how.
Sometimes the bug is in the game, not your choices
The studio has admitted that relationship percentages misbehave in several routes, and it ships fixes in technical updates. On October 14, 2026, one of them fixed a bug in Advent No. 3 that stopped players from repairing things with Zane and unlocking the achievement that goes with it.
A fix doesn't reach a playthrough by itself: the studio asks you to restart the affected episode. If you're stuck a few points short after a patch, replay the episode it names.

How do achievements work in Romance Club?
They're rewards for particular decisions and events in a story: an achievement unlocks when you make the right choice in the right episode. Each story has its own set, and some are tied to a love interest's route.
Why is my love interest stuck at 98%?
Sometimes you missed one choice in an early episode. Sometimes the game is at fault: the studio has admitted relationship-percentage mistakes in several routes and fixes them in technical updates. If you're a couple of points short after the finale, the second explanation is the likelier one.
How do I get an achievement that needs a paid choice?
Save that episode for Diamond Rush: for 48 to 72 hours every diamond choice in every story is free. Or replay the episode on a duplicated save slot so your main route stays as it is.
I made the right choice, but the achievement didn't unlock. Why?
It may be a bug. On October 14, 2026, a technical update fixed an issue in Advent No. 3, Season 3, Episode 13 that kept players from repairing their relationship with Zane and unlocking the matching achievement. Fixes apply once you restart the affected episode.
