Kamal costs 786 diamonds, well below Ram at 1313 and Christian and Doran at 1151. He also has the most free steps in the story, 4 of 22. The route spreads its cost fairly evenly, 309, 264 and 213 per season, with two big choices to plan around.

Where the diamonds go

The route starts in Season 1, Episode 1 with the free "Thank him." and "Take Kamal's hand." for 22. Season 1's bigger ones:

Episode 9: "About us." — 76.
Episode 8: "You're jealous." — 65.

Season 2:

Episode 10, Desire of the Goddess: "Make him feel good." — 101.
Episode 5: "All right." — 52.
Episode 8, Family Affairs: "Giving him a hug." — 45.

Season 3 has just three steps: "Yours…" for 148 in Episode 5, "Follow Kamal." for 33 in Episode 6 and "Soothe him with your touch." for 32 in Episode 10.

How I'd play it

I'd pay Season 1 as it comes and move only the 101 and the 148 to Diamond Rush, each on a separate save slot. That brings the route down to 537 out of pocket. Several early steps are shared picks with Ram and Christian for 8 to 27, so choose those with Kamal in mind. Compare with Ram or Christian.
