Song of the Crimson Nile is still coming out, but it's close to the finish line. In English there are 40 episodes: three full seasons and the first episode of Season 4, which the studio has called the final season. New episodes go on the update schedule. The story mixes history, mysticism and mythology, and it has intimate scenes.
Ancient Egypt, 321 BC. A dark curse is ravaging Upper Egypt, and the Pharaoh's squad blames dark magic. Eva is a dark magician herself, and she has to work alongside the hunters without anyone finding out. Once the story moves to Thebes, she lives a double life: hunting by day, secret commissions by night. Even the episode teaser admits this could end badly.
A route is made of romance steps, the choices that move a romance forward. The love interests here arrive in different seasons, so you can't romance them all at once.

I'd put them on the Diamond Rush list: during the event paid choices are free in every story. Season 4 is still coming out, so the safest plan is to play new episodes when they drop, pay for your love interest's steps and leave everything else for the next Rush.
