Malek: how to romance them in Astrea's Broken Heart

Verdict: the cheapest route, and Season 1 is free

Malek costs 406 diamonds, the lowest of the five love interests in Astrea's Broken Heart; Mikael is next at 487, and Raphael tops the list at 777. All four of his choices in Season 1 are free, so you can follow him through the whole first season without spending anything.

Where the diamonds go

Season 1, all free: "He's quite charming.", "Block his way." and "Apologize." in Episode 6, and "Curious." in Episode 8.

Season 2 is 112 diamonds: "Yes." for 45 in Episode 1, the free "Didn't pull away." in Episode 2 and "Make him jealous." for 67 in Episode 6, Remember Death.

Season 3 is where you pay, 294 diamonds:

• Episode 10, Everything That Begins Must End: "Let him." — 101.
• Episode 7, A Trap for the Devil: "Warn him." — 96.
• Episode 9, Home Sweet Home: "Want to be with you." — 64.
• Episode 11: "Malek." — 33.

How I'd play it

Play Season 1 for free and pay Season 2 as it comes. In Season 3, I'd keep a separate save slot and move the 96 and the 101 to Diamond Rush, which takes the route down to 209 out of pocket. Compare with Mikael or Raphael.
