Verdict: the top price, but close to Rudy
Dex costs 331 diamonds, 23 more than Rudy at 308, and about twice Howard's 161. All 6 steps are paid. Two choices in the middle of the season, 73 and 75, make up almost half of the route.
Every step
- Episode 1, The End of Light: "Talk to him a little longer." — 55.
- Episode 2, Alarming Symptoms: "Do you need help with lit?" — 44.
- Episode 6, The Warning: one choice — 73.
- Episode 8, The Dead Guest: "Pulled him closer." — 75.
- Episode 13, Getting Ready: "With Dex." — 18.
- Episode 15, Old Addresses: "Dex." — 66.
How I'd play it
I'd pay the 44 and the 18 as they come and keep Episodes 6 and 8 on separate save slots for Diamond Rush: that's 148 diamonds. With no free steps, skipping a choice here means skipping his scene, so decide early whether Dex is your pick. The story is still coming out, so the total may grow. Compare with Rudy or Howard.
