LWhere Love Burns EternalStory is ongoing, checked October 25, 2026
In modern Rome, a mysterious professor hunts for the most depraved people to strike deals with. You join his retinue to help find new victims, and every evening you read him the screenplay of a film you never made.
Stats build up from your choices and decide which branches and scenes open later. In this story the most frequent ones are:
Where Love Burns Eternal is a modern mystery set in Rome, still coming out: 12 episodes of Season 1 so far, with new ones on the update schedule. A professor searches for the worst sinners, and the heroine joins his retinue to find them. A kidnapper, a savior and a small matter of birds come early, and soon the House of Orion gains new members.
A route is made of romance steps, the choices that move a romance forward.
Matteo: 7 steps, 3 free, 261 diamonds, the priciest route. Sheda: 4 steps, 2 free, 71 diamonds. Eido: 4 steps, 2 free, 79 diamonds.
Pilate, Pontius Pilate, Aurora's husband: 3 steps, all paid, 214 diamonds. That's about 71 a step, the steepest in the story.
Two more short routes: the Messire, who judges the heroine's work, has 2 paid steps for 47 diamonds, and Matthew has 3 steps, 2 free, 33 diamonds.
All six together come to 705. With 270 saved, you can cover any one route; with 200, every route except Matteo and Pilate. Pilate's three steps alone cost almost as much as Matteo's whole route.
70 of the 200 choices are paid, and buying all of them would come to 3,439 diamonds. The priciest episodes: "True Motive" (Episode 7, 10 of 19 paid, up to 493), "On Air" (Episode 5, up to 406) and "Wish Granted" (Episode 12, up to 382).
I'd spend on your love interest and play these three during Diamond Rush, when paid choices are free in every story.
214 diamonds for 3 steps, all paid. Pilate, Aurora's husband, is the priciest route per step in the story.
Matthew: 3 steps, 2 of them free, 33 diamonds. The Messire is next at 47, then Sheda at 71.
12 episodes of Season 1 with 200 choices. The story is still coming out.
The plot, mostly: 70 of 200 choices are paid. Matteo, Sheda, Eido and Matthew each give some steps for free, but Pilate and the Messire give none.
