Verdict: the full romance, at the top price

Every step

Episode 1: "I'll wash off the makeup. I want to look like myself." — free.
Episode 1: "Didn't come to me right away. Were you watching?" — 55.
Episode 3: "With a crazy couple of friends and a dog." — free.
Episode 3: "Yes, I'm ready, and I will nod in response." — 70.
Episode 3: "Participate." — 70.
Episode 6: "Matteo." — free.
Episode 7: "But I want to stay here a little longer with him." — 66.

How I'd play it

The 140 diamonds in Episode 3 are the ones I'd save for Diamond Rush, on a separate save slot. The 55 and the 66 can be paid as they come, which makes the route 121 out of pocket. If 261 is too much, Eido costs 79 and Matthew only 33.
